The rapid development of IT and e-commerce and China's accession to the WTO have radically and globally transformed the way business is conducted.

In addition, Shenzhen is evolving from a labour intensive to a knowledge intensive economy, bringing new challenges to local enterprises, in particular in the areas of R&D and management of innovative technologies, enterprise growth and performance management, human resources development, financing and value creation. Meeting these challenges is beyond the capabilities of most companies. They need support from outside.

Productivity (Shenzhen) Consulting Co., Ltd., established to fulfil these urgent market needs, provides services in cross-sectoral, multi-disciplinary integrated technology support, management consultancy, information, cross-border consultancy as well as comprehensive training programmes.
